Anqing Baojie Packaging Co., Ltd. was founded in August 2004. The company is located at No. 123, Xingye Road, Development Zone, Anqing City. It currently has more than 100 employees, including 21 technical and inspection personnel.
The company produces a series of disposable sterile medical self-adhesive bags, medical disinfection bags, medical three-dimensional bags, medical crepe paper, medical non-woven fabrics and other related medical packaging bags, as well as composite films, raw paper rolls, paper trays and other medical packaging materials. Products are exported to the United States, Japan, South Korea, Australia, Europe, the Middle East, South America, Taiwan and other Southeast Asian regions.
In view of the characteristics and requirements of medical packaging production enterprises, the company refers to the standards of medical device production enterprises for site selection and the design and manufacture of factories and facilities, and has built a 1500-square-meter 100,000-level clean workshop; in accordance with the standards of medical device production enterprises and relevant laws and regulations, a scientific and strict management system has been formulated, a laboratory and a complete set of testing equipment have been established, and a special microbial inspection process has been developed. In 2008, the company established a quality management system conforming to international standards based on ISO13485:2003 and obtained certification from TÜV SÜD, a notified body. The possession and utilization of this hardware and software in subsequent production and operation have played a positive role in achieving the company's business purpose of "ensuring product quality and safety and creating value for customers", and have laid a solid foundation for the company's production and operation performance. The company now owns more than ten production lines, including fully automatic bag-making machines, flexographic printing machines, gravure printing machines, coating and laminating machines, slitting machines, and tray forming machines. It has formed a production capacity of 2 million square meters of various medical packaging bags per month, with an annual sales revenue of 40 million yuan and an annual export volume of 5 million US dollars.
